Abbott House by Viridian Apartments

Clean, well-equipped, good toiletries, provision of tea and coffee. In a good location next to St Albans Abbey train station and near a nice park. A ten- minute walk into town.

The flat is on the ground floor and by a busy road so was noisy especially with the window open. Wasn’t a major issue as I was out during the day and evening. The bedroom is not directly adjacent to the road so did not impact on sleep quality. A couple of niggles - shower door does not close and needed a towel to up against it, window latch difficult to close (it was warm so window needed to be opened), no mattress cover on the bed. A small coffee table next to the sofa in the living room area would be a good addition.

Very minimalistic decorating, cheap as possible was extremely evident. Wardrobe leaning forward very easy to tip and fall on someone, horrible placement for it. Be nice to see pictures of the actual apartment being booked instead of your”best dressed”.

Clean, very comfortable bed & lovely newly renovated bathroom. Loved the under floor heating.

To hot in the apartment, couldn’t open the window as the handle to open the window was broken. The shower is very slippery and dangerous The chair is not very comfortable to sit comfortably. 10am check out is early
