I like that property was clean,

The proximity to the high street and St Albans train station Early check in Easy check in and check out process Hot shower Full kitchen Washing machine and dryer Warm and comfortable temperature inside

The beds were very low and quite uncomfortable (springs in your back) When guests arrived and stayed upstairs, it was very noisy in apartment 1 (downstairs)

Proximity to town was the only bonus.

Only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 2 weeks. Beds were awful. Very low, small and the mattress was very thin and overused. We didn’t sleep for 2 weeks. The carpet was very dirty and smelly. The kitchen area was very dirty (dishes were sticky and not washed properly) so that we had to eat out every day. The washing machine was also very dirty. Workers came on 2 mornings to do maintenance work while we were still getting up and having breakfast. Sky tv was not available as advertised. It was not working and not fixed by the owner during our stay. Overall, the place is NOT as advertised and how it looks in the photos.

The location and apartment were excellent

The bed was cheap and terrible neither of us had a good nights sleep it was noisy, the mattress was wafer thin, I think it was a fold out wire frame. Not acceptable for the price

The apartment was clean and comfortable we had everything we needed and it was in a quiet neighbourhood.We also had our own parking space which was great.

We did find the sofa bed very uncomfortable and eventually had to use the sofa on it's own.
