The location was perfect, close to main square and markets. Apartment was clean and neat and the owner was very attentive, even though we stayed a night it was lovely 😊 would recommend and definitely will stay again when visiting Tbilisi.

This cozy apartment is truly located in the very heart of old Tbilisi. It will appeal to those who wanted to plunge into the atmosphere of a real Tbilisi courtyard and have access to most of the attractions. Despite the old surroundings - slightly creaky floors and an initially unyielding lock - these two-level apartments have everything you need for a carefree vacation in the capital of Georgia (there is also plenty of room for children). Large refrigerator, mini kitchen with dishes, kettle and gas stove, washing machine, Wi-Fi, air conditioning. The hospitable hosts will be happy to solve any problem.

How to improve: a saucepan for the kitchen, a small wardrobe.

"Good value for money!"

Great communication, great location! We were 2 friends and planning to stay one up, one down, but ended up staying both downstairs, because the bed on the 2nd floor was not very comfortable. However, it is a great budget option at the very center of the city in a calm courtyard! I will be back.

Hairdryer and iron, if added, would smooth the stay.

"It was overall excellent. Room was so clean, good privacy, has its own clean bathroom and kitchen."

The place is very budget friendly but super decent and clean.

Some people from the nearby bar made so much noise in the middle of the night.
