The location is the greatest strength of the apartment. It is in the city centre, yet not overlooking the noisy Rustaveli Ave. It is 10 minutes walk from the hiking path leading up to Matsminda park and a natural spring. The price is very reasonable considering the central location. The balcony and a private entrance are two more advantages. The AC functions well. There's a washer and it functions.

If you have difficulty climbing steep hills, the climb to the house on the way back from walks and excursions might be a challenge. If you appreciate peace and quiet, be informed that every lane in Tbilisi is full of street dogs that howl or bark in the wee hours of the morning waking up light sleepers and bark as you go past them in the daytime. The bed linen is made of polyester, which, obviously, accumulates static electricity. The hosts wash it once a week. The hosts would do well to make small repairs before new guests move in and NOT after they encounter problems. For instance, the shower drain got blocked after a few days. Some of the electrical sockets were partly burnt and wanted replacement. The wi-fi connection was both slow and unstable going on and off. The apartment key broke into two halves while being carefully carried in a separate section of a bag. The old chair on the balcony broke apart as I sat on it (My weight is 67 kg). The coffee pot handle is not fixed to the pot, which poses a risk of scalding. The fridge is old, rather noisy with a tiny freezer that no longer freezes food but keeps dripping onto the shelves below. To sum up, facilities in the accommodation need to be checked, replaced and/or repaired before they inconvenience the guests.

i paid 60 lari and for this price its very good value. for higher prices there could be alternatives. there is enough space for two persons. balcony. the flair of the neighbourhood reminds me on southern italy. the problems mentioned in bad reviews got fixed.
