Old Tbilisi apartments

– Cleanliness of the room – Location: personally I like the Avlabari district for its authenticity

– Poor internet connection. As I understand, wi-fi router is on the second floor, so if you have plans for remote work or using internet for some extended needs, it can be a problem – Water shutdown due to repairs. Even if it's not host's responsibility, it made my stay quite uncomfortable. So just a remark that such issues with water are common for Avlabari – Poor sound isolation. I didn't expect that it can be so noisy because of courtyard neighbours during daytime. It also'd be better to have window sealed with a matte film

No view from my room because it's overlooking on corridor inside the home..but..no problem

Levan is a really nice host. We arrived at 3am and he was waiting for us. He also gave made us a Turkish coffee every morning! He also storages our backpacks when we went to Sighnaghi! So nice! The apartment is VERY clean, and very well located. The bed is very comfortable and the street is quiet during the night. We also returned to Tbilisi to stay 2 more nights. Stay here!

Friendly and helpful staff, great localisation, apartment equipment

Everything is very good, the apartment is very clean, and access to everything is close. Morning coffee is very delicious. Thanks to Levan and his wife for their hospitality.

It was a great stay. The apartment has everything you need, is very clean and is based at the heart of Tbilisi. The hosts are very kind people and do everything they can to help and make your stay perfect. I would always come back. Thanks to Levan and his wife :)

Nothing, everything was perfect.

Staff (Levan) is very helpful - was able to have me check-in at around 2AM due to a flight delay! Also, very informative about the area and Tbilisi. Room is spacious and facilities were good. There's a small fridge which was a plus. Aircon worked great. Private entrance.

Location is fine, but not the best. The accommodation is situated in a local neighborhood and it requires around 15 mins walk to get to the area where the touristic city begins. This is not a major issue, but something to note (especially if intending for a long stay).
