Limonero New City Apartment 1 with Private Parking

Location. Clean and spacious apartment. Private parking in front. Chris is kind and helpful.

There is no kettle.

Free private parking in driveway. Central location - pleasant short stroll into pedestrian area. Nice bathroom. English language washing machine. Reasonable price £45. Collect keys from Green Motion Office by port.

No kettle. Very basic kitchen utensils. Sofa bed needs to be supported with side table and stool otherwise it will tip over (see pic.)Top floor neighbour dripping drying clothes over entrance gate! Pictures on site are a few years old.

Afroditi is an amazing host who goes out of her way to ensure you have a relaxing stay. She even provided me with a list of local things to do and see. Everything was easy. The parking spot right in front of the ground floor apartment was a great help. I will be staying again.

The place is newly renovated with good facilities- good wifi, washing machine, nice shower. It was very clean and has a lovely little courtyard out the back. Good location- close to the supermarket and the main street. You can walk to the port & main bus station (about 15 mins) as well.

It does get a bit noisy at night as it's close to restaurants/bars so you can hear people enjoying themselves. My only issue was with communication, I didn't receive check in instructions in advance and no one responded when I messaged about my arrival time. The contact number on booking.com would not work but the property had some additional numbers on a sign outside so I used those and eventually got a response, though it took a few attempts. It would have been helpful to know in advance that this apartment is one of many that are managed by Green Motion- their office is close to the port and you can leave luggage there if needed.

Location is awesome, the apartment is spacious and the staff are helpful. Lovely lemon garden in the back. Free, secured parking spot which is impossible to find in Lefkas. Great value for money.

The fact that the apartment was only cleaned once in 7 days we were there. I don't care about mopping the floors but I definitely need more than 2 towels per person.

Great location in town, good facilities, all very clean and comfortable with back terrasse and free parking!
