Geographical location; right opposite the train station

1. Access to the property is through a dingy narrow alleyway with waste conduits and a stale smell. This is not mentioned on the webpage. ( The interior is fair) I complained after the first night, offered refund of only night 3, even if I/ my guest left after night 1. So I would have lost £59 any which way. I relocated to Premier in. 2. Instead of a £59 refund, I was charged a further £59!! The proprietor said this was a mistake and arranged a refund. 3. Instead of an apology, I got certain comments about why I didn’t leave on day 1 if it was that bad, and how £59/night was a concession etc(!).

it was lovely and clean and and had everything needed for our stay plus some extras . Tele was very helpful and made sure we didn’t need anything . A continental breakfast was provided with cheeses , jams , butter and milk plus tea and coffee and some condiments and provided a microwave on request .

it was very noisy . we were surrounded by other apartments not all owned by this company and unfortunately they were very loud . the room was a bit small for us but may not be for others

Fantastic location clean and tidy with a fantastic host 👏 would stay there again everything is on the doorstep

comfortable, cosy, clean, had it all for our liking. attention to detail with the essentials was grand

we had a wonderful time here. It is a perfect base to discover the Peak District. Tele was very helpful and kind.
