great terraces and huge balcony to enjoy sunset and morning coffee, nicely vivid yet pleasantly quiet neighborhood, direct bus line to city center, free public parking all around, spacious rooms; great building, vintage hall and elevator - nice.

Despite great location and really great outside, unfortunately, there are many wrong things with this accommodation. We noticed some unpleasant smell at the facility when we first enter. Momentarily, we thought it was just stale air but soon we realized that there must be sewerage in bathroom - it's not strong but always present - when you enter the apartment or in the morning etc. (unfortunately, extractor fan in bathroom is not working and if you leave the door closed it makes you puke in the morning). Some lights were not working (on balcony, which is shame), some handles in the kitchen were broken, many accessories are poorly installed (we had to reattach shower curtain couple of times cause it's ridiculously installed), really don't understand that kind of negligence in this kind of apartment which could be truly amazing with just a little bit of due car. Also, it's absolutely disappointing that there are no simple jars of sugar and salt in this kind of facility - we travel frequently and used to these little details which are real signs of care for customers (not to mention basic cooking ingredients like oil, spices or incentives like coffee, milk capsules, tea bags etc.) Hey owner, c'mon, you need so little to invest to achieve astonishing results!

The host was very polite and answer to all my demands. The bed at MB was very comfy especially fot those that have back pains. Kitchen is fully functional! Apartment was very clean and the air was so fresh that i had an exceptional sleep.
