"Bright, sunny apartment in the perfect location."

The location was perfect. I loved the big windows which allowed the sun to shine in making it very cozy.

No inverter or generator during load shedding, unacceptable for the rate charged for this apartment. The parking space is far to difficult to get in and out of making using a car very inconvenient.

"Great location, lots of water issues"

Mold in the second room was not disclosed by the landlord and it was obviously present with the room being "damp" from a leak in the apartment above. It appeared to have been previously repaired but the source not fixed. Was unable to use the room on the last night after we found the issue.

Not enough wardrobe space for travellers staying more than a few days. Parking space very restrictive. Lift out of order twice, despite not being part of load shedding.
