"perfect"

wonderful, central location, well appointed but the real highlight is the large balcony over the street. A perfect spot to sit with your morning coffee, looking into the branches of an oak tree and watching the street come to life. When you are ready you can walk down, cross the road for a delicious breakfast while you wait for the nicest boutique shops to open- all on your doorstep !
