Le personnel est très serviable et toujours souriant. La chambre ainsi que les parties communes étaient impeccablement propres — c’est rare de trouver un hôtel aussi bien entretenu en Thaïlande. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout tout en restant très calme.

Staff were friendly and easy to approach. I appreciate they have done their best for our stay. However, nowhere is mentioned that the pool is located on a totally different floor that the apartments. When I booked this property it was listed as a villa with pool, in reality it was a two bed apartment on the second floor with pool access on the third. Yes the pool was only ours to use but still it didn’t feel like a villa let alone using the pool that much due to that. The advantage of this specific room is the view, from the apartment and the pool you have a nice view of the city but that would be all. Probably if you book a simple room with public pool you won’t have the view then. The other negative is the location, yes the view is nice but living up in the hill, with no access to walking and grab rejecting your rides even though you pay at least 300-400THB (which is a lot for Thailand) is not good. Staff recommended bolt as grab would not pick up any rides from this hotel due to the location. However bolt basic wouldn’t pick up either, you have to pay something extra. Best this in mind✌🏻

The location was a big drawback for us as we end up spending way more than what we were hoping for on taxis. Property was spotless when we arrived but after one day tiny little red bugs were everywhere in the nightstands and pillows🪳

Location is horrible! Up a steep hill, nothing around but homes, no food options, the pool was like a swamp and smelt. Staff had used towels to decorate for our honeymoon and didnt provide seperate towels we asked and they provided. We left this accomodation because of the location. The staff were understanding and lovely couldnt fault them.

В этом отеле все честно, чисто и хорошо. При зеселении взымаеться минимальный депозит, после выселение вернули без проблем. Жили в номере на втором этаже, две комнаты с кондиционером. Великолепный понорамный вид на Патонг! Немного ввели в заблуждение фото при бронировании, так как бассейн на крыше оказался не доступен для всех кроме номеров Люкс. Но есть давольно уютный и комфортный общий бассейна. Просторно, чисто, уборка каждый день, или по запросу. Пополнение бутылочек воды и чайных пренадлежностей постоянно. Расположение отличное, нет шума весёлего Патонга🙂. Но находиться на возвышенности, пешком добраться куда либо не далеко, но крутой подъем>спуск. Наличие транспорта крайне желательно. Парковка для автомобиля и мотоцикла бесплатно. Спасибо персоналу. Однозначно рекомендую. Всем добра🤟🏼
