The view from the apartment and pool deck was amazing. It exceeded all expectations I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Phuket and staying in Patong. The staff were extremely helpful. The staff helped with moving and storing luggage.

The room itself was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view — we really appreciated that part. However, the location is a major issue. The hotel is up on a hill, and most taxis refuse to drive there, which becomes a serious problem if you need to go somewhere urgently. There are also many young guests staying here, and it felt quite unsafe at night. You constantly hear people coming in and out, which makes it hard to relax. The staff were friendly, but they are not available 24/7 at the reception, which also doesn’t feel secure. Sometimes it’s difficult to find someone when you need help. Overall, the room was great, but the location and lack of security made our stay uncomfortable.

The location was very quiet & had wonderful views over the town & bay

We have room 03 and I recommend getting it due to the incredible private roof top pool with views you can stare in for hours! Friendly, welcoming staff , great cleaning team also. Very comfortable beds and luxury accommodation with quality motorcycles for rent from the property. Not far ride into town and the beach area, around 10 mins on motorbikes.
