Simple, but everything worked. Nice thoughtful gifts. Attention to detail. Cleaning every day. Timely response to any questions. Spacious. Very close to the beach, nice sea view, and balcony.

The location is perfect - a bit away from the town, so it’s very quiet and private, but still in a walkable distance to the closest town with all the restaurants, etc. We explored the whole Rhodes island and didn’t see any better location than this for our stay. Also, since it’s pretty much in the middle of the island, all the attractions were relatively close. The apartment was always clean and spacious, the kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to make some breakfast. The sea view from the balcony is beautiful and the beach nearby is really nice and never crowded. The cleaning lady came everyday and kept the place neat and clean. The host is a really nice and warm guy, who greeted us in person with amazing Greek sweets and provided instructions. My top recommendations to everyone, who wants a calm and private stay at spacious and well-equipped apartment with a seaview and beach nearby!

It is perfect place to stay on Rhodes. You are just a minute from very nice not crowded beach great for swimming, view from the terrace is spectacular and room is very good and new. Bed is very comfortable, room is big, there are different lights to adjust by your preferenced, air condition, safty deposit box (didn't actually used it, the feeling was very safe there), mosquito nets, coffee machine, great terrace. You name it, they already thought about it. We were welcomed with cold water in the fridge and delicious cake. Whenever we needed something, communication was fast and easy. You can walk (or drive, we did both) to the center of Pefkos. I saw also bus stop near in case you want to go to Lindos and you don't have the car.

The whole experience from start to finish was truly amazing. Having our own private pool was a necessity in the searing heat.

Not enough storage - I didn’t like the outside kitchen/ fridge no hot water in the sink so we had to transport it from the bathroom - the plug in hot plate was for me not an option- no toaster so unable to to the most basic of self catering- which would have fine if there were onsite facilities so unfortunately we will not be returning

Very much a hidden gem! The views from the room were incredible. Lovely personal touches in the room on arrival. Very quick walk into the town and a quiet beach minutes away. Nikos was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing it was perfect!

The location was lovely, it was clean, room cleaned daily. We had a room with a pool, good size area outside, sea view from the side of the property. Close to centre and beach. Had parking. Air con and wifi included. Bathroom facilities were good. Pool well maintained. Bed very comfortable pillows could be betteror more of. The owners lovely. No meet and greet but messages on how to enter the property unfortunately my phone died. So not helpful.

Close to the road so could be a little noisy at times during the day mainly. Hanging space only, not many hangers! We travel light but no draws available at all so had to live out of our cases for 2 weeks. If you are wanting to self cater its limited here. We had to buy bowls and desert spoons, also mugs. It comes with coffee maker, kettle in the room, Fridge outside in utility area. There was a sink outside not yet plumbed in! They supplied washing up liquid and sponge. But had to wash up in the bathroom sink. A toaster would be useful, there was a sort of plug in grill in the cupboard we didnt use. The only thing that could be changed was the timing of the pool man. He would arrive every morning around 10 -10.30, he wouldnt be there to long, but would usually coincide with us wanting a morning dip. He had access and would knock and shout before entering. Coming earlier would be better. We did lose a couple of days of pool time as the pump went had to have a repair done. Spoiled it a little but these things happen. We had a lovely stay paid more than we usually would, due to the access to your own pool. But over priced for the other facilities on offer. Its even more expensive next year by a few hundred Euro. We did have a lovely holiday, just a few more tweeks to be worth the price .
