Siisti kahdelle sopivan kokoineni huoneisto kohtuullisen matkan päässä keskustasta. Keittiö ihan hyvin varusteltu.

Koneellinen ilmastointi puuttui, eikä tuuletusikkunoita ollut. Jouduttiin pitämään takaovi raollaan yön yli, koska huoneisto oli muuten liian lämmin. Kylpyhuoneen lattian kaato oli huonosti tehty, niin suihkuvesi meinasi karata kynnykselle.
