La Maggiolina Country House

It doesn't get any better than this! Great location, modern facilities lovely hosts !!! Sara and her husband are two sweeties :-) The pool area with garden could not be better designed. Top!!! Clear recommendation for La Maggiolina

We wanted to do our trip to Puglia from Toscane in 2 steps. First stop over was La Maggiolina; a little piece of heaven. With a view you will not easily forget 6 apartments (45m2 per apartment) in a row face the beauty of 500 olive trees, an amazing pool accompanied by only the sound of birds protesting the loud silence and singing praise to so much beauty. We were there with Easter escaping the rain of Tuscany and the weather was already so beautiful that we sat outside all day. The cosy brand new apartment has everything you need even a second double bed if you unfold the couch. (Big enough for children or a snoring husband). You can cook a full meal and have breakfast, lunch and dinner outside. Our dog (an Australian shepherd of 5 months) was so happy to be constantly free outside and have long walks close to the property his protest was evident when it was time to leave. At our arrival in the apartment a basket with locally produced products was on the table: olive oil, pasta, marmelade, juices. Cold beer and wine in the fridge. Everything can be bought but a bottle of Prosecco is complimentary! How wonderful to start your holiday immediately on the terrace with a cold glass of Prosecco. Also a list with fresh croissants and bread can be ordered the night before and is on your doorstep the next morning. If you decide to discover Le Marche, Sara your host, sends you a list with tips, accompanied by wonderful restaurants. If you ask her nice she even makes a reservation for you. As we were there with Easter she went out of her way to book us the last table in Fano called Cile (35 minutes drive) , close to the sea where we had the best pasta and deserts ever! Thank you Sara for making our stay an unforgettable one! If we decide to return to Puglia this will be our preferred place to stay!!

Beautiful houses in beautiful surrounding with very nice hosts. Shared pool, only six houses, that are very modern. Looking over the hills in Le Marche, only 20 minutes from Pesaro. A very warm welcome from Alessandro and Sara. They have send suggestions for restaurants, places to visit, provide bakery-service and helped us getting in to that very special restaurant! Love it!

A new and really clean apartment! The swimmingpool was fantastic and the view from the terrace outstanding. The owners did their absolut best to make it their guest comfortable.

The host is very friendly and does everything to make sure you have an amazing stay. Apartment is modern and has a very good airconditioning. Would highly recommend staying here!

Outstanding view from the unit, which is modern and well appointed, with a very comfortable bed. Sara and Alessandro went above and beyond to make our stay an enjoyable one, responding quickly to any questions before and during our stay, and always happy to offer suggestions for restaurants and places to visit.

The pool water temperature! 😅 Although, to be fair, it was early April and the air was even colder! It's a beautiful pool and setting, and will be warm soon enough.
