Awesome quality! the apartment has everything you need and the location is also perfect!

Only stay for a night, but the apartment meets our expectations. Clean and tidy! Sutuated at quit surrounding but again closed to stores, caffe bar, restourants.Just 10 min walk from the center. Giorgi was a very responsive person, friendly and kind. Deffinetely recommended!

We felt at home, the apartment is new, all the furniture is modern and in perfect condition, clean and tidy. The location is perfect, within walking distance to the historical monuments, shopping and nightlife areas, parks, etc. We recommend this apartment 100%.

An amazing stay from start to finish. The place was beautiful. Host was very helpful with reserving for us a parking spot under the building and accommodating us earlier for free. The apartment is amazing and very central! Very smooth check-in and easy instructions were provided by the host which was incredibly kind and helpful, always responsive and very accommodating, I can say that I have got a new friend in Georgia who I can visit if I am in Tbilisi next time! I recently had the pleasure of staying at the best accommodation I've ever rented on booking.com This place was equipped with everything you could possibly need and even more. The location was excellent, just a couple of minutes away from a variety of restaurants, markets, and historical monuments, making it super convenient for exploring the area. Communication with the host was also a highlight of my stay. He was always responsive and made the check-in process smooth despite our late night arrival. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay. Overall, a fantastic experience!

I can say that it was huge in everything, the location, cleanliness and interior design of the house, everything was very well thought out, we stayed for 2 days and it was very comfortable. I will give my endless thanks to the staff for their help. I can say that you will never regret it, if I go again to Tbilisi, it is definitely the place I would prefer.
