Northern Liberties Retreat

Everything this is my second time staying with her and I plan on staying with her every time I come to Philly if you want me to be honest. She has a whole table full of different board games you could play with me and my friends had a blast with. The house is always clean and organized. I love this house.

It was a very beautiful and put together home. Big backyard. Host was very nice, accommodating and informative.

The only thing that I really did not like in the one thing that would keep me from booking again or how steep the stairs are. We had to crawl up the stairs and that was very uncomfortable so I just resulted to sleeping on the couch. Other than that, everything was fine.

The house is very nice and location is well.

I did come on one of the coldest days of the year but the door has a slight gap which made the house freezing.

Property was exactly as presented . We had family in from out of town so we really didn’t utilize the property much but it was well located in a very good part of the neighborhood. It had a great yard and it was well maintained.

The host is quite nice and would like to solve the problem.

It is outdated. The heating system was broken on the first day of my stay but the owner reacted promptly. The owner didn't include photos of the basement which I feel is a little bit of a shock.

Great value for a group of friends for a quick weekend in a really cute neighborhood! Had everything we needed for our one night stay.

It was too hot/rainy/humid to sit outside, but the pictures made the backyard sitting area look more inviting and tended to than it was in person.
