"Отличная квартира в центре Тбилиси"

1. Центральное месторасположение в 50 метрах от площади Свободы – равно близко удалено от всех основных достопримечательностей проспекта Руставели и Старого города. Рядом метро, магазины, рестораны, театры, музеи. 2. Большая (70 кв.м) тихая идеально чистая 3-х комнатная квартира (две спальни, гостиная и кухня) в новом доме с окнами во двор. Из окон хорошо видно Кафедральный собор, который красиво подсвечивается в тёмное время суток. 3. Отлично укомплектованная кухня - в наличие всевозможная кухонная утварь в большом количестве, большой холодильник, 2 кондиционера, 3 гардеробных шкафа, утюг, газовая плита, печь СВЧ, средства для мытья посуды, чай, кофе, соль, сахар, салфетки и т.д. 4. В ванно-туалетной комнате стиральная машина с порошком, фен, душ со шторкой, много полотенец, полотенцесушитель и как вишенка на торте – освежитель воздуха (чего не было никогда и нигде из сотен мест моего проживания в путешествиях). 5. Доброжелательная хозяйка Мадлена.

1. Нет лифта на высокий 3-й этаж (49 ступеней) – не для гостей с проблемными коленями. 2. Нет москитных сеток (нужна хотя бы на одно окно). 3. Нет сейфа, балкона, парковки.

"A Perfect Stay in the Heart of Tbilisi"

The apartment is in the perfect location—right in the center of Tbilisi, with shops, restaurants, Old Tbilisi, churches, the ropeway, and parks all within walking distance. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the owner was extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
