Maybe lack of elevator which is understandable due to the fact that the building is old. Maybe if you have many heavy luggages would be a hustle to drag them up to 3rd floor.

The owner was fabulous with communication and was extremely understanding of our need to leave early due to water being cut to the property. An unscheduled issue to the property but not being able to shower or use the toilet was something we were not anticipating. So as there was no idea when the water was going to be reconnected we reluctantly left. Property is witin walking distance of everything, fabulous location.

No shower curtain to stop water from shower going all over the bathroom floor. Its an easy fix, i could do it in an hour.

Very decent.

No elevator.
