Комната на одного человека, находится в спокойном месте. Хозяйка добродушная и отзывчивая. В комнате чисто, полотенце, постельное бельё предоставляется. Большое спасибо Тамаре за гостеприимство.

Жил 5 дней летом. Высыпался (спал как убитый). Днём хорошо. Всё необходимое есть. Эстетически внутри красиво. Лифт не слышно, но присутствует иногда небольшой уличный шум, а также редко шум с подъезда - не критично. Хозяева отличные.

Very affordable and nice hotel. Was perfect for my needs. The host was incredibly accomodating, helpful and kind. Was a great introduction to Georgia with the level of hospitality the host provided! Can’t recommend enough.

"Place is neat and well finished, very clean and both hosts were really friendly and helpful."

Place does not have a window you can look out. Bathroom was very clean but had a mold smell due to lack of ventilation. There was no AC. so a fan should be provided on days when we have over 35° heat. Also a small bar fridge would be a great asset.
