Modern, comfortable, spacious room and bathroom with super rain-shower, balcony overlooking the sea. Tastefully decorated, & super clean, with a fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, toaster, toast sandwich maker, and everything you need. beach towels provided, good coffee shop on premises. Location was excellent, 1 min walk to beautiful Kyra Panagia beach and with tavernas & restaurants next door. Private parking. Friendly staff

Assenza di indicazioni stradali per trovare location Assenza di reception nessuna accoglienza. solo messaggi w app che però non erano visualizzabili in zona. Assenza segnale Cambio biancheria in terza giornata e poi nessun altro cambio per altri 5 giorni successivi. Altri odpiti hanno parcheggiato davanti alle porte del nostro appartamento e la proprietà , non e intervenuta tempestivamente per fare rimuovere l autoveicolo. Abbiamo dovuto fare colazione con un auto parcheggiata nel patio difronte al tavolo della colazione come degli zingari... Esposto lamentela senza risoluzione Sollecitato e chiesto cambio biancheria da bagno . Non avuta. Tappetino doccia mai avuto in 8 Giorni di permanenza. Mai avuta

We had a great time at this hotel. It’s a beautiful property, right outside of the beach. It was super easy to run to the room to get something or use the bathroom while at the beach. Shower has great, although the shower area only has a half glass door and everything gets wet when taking a shower. The hotel faces sunrise directly, which you can watch from your bed if you are in room G2, from any balcony, or just walk to the near church for full view. The young man at the coffee shop (unfortunately I can’t recall his name) was super friendly and helpful. There are a few options for restaurants walking distance, and a small market for essentials. I recommend this place.

There are a few cosmetic things that can easily be fixed that would bring this hotel to the next level, which I privately shared with the owner. Nothing major though.

- Super nah zum Strand - Liebevoll eingerichtetes Appartement und gute Aufteilung der Zimmer

- Lage zum Erkunden von Karpathos nicht ideal - sehr entlegen und nur über lange Strecken mit anderen Orten auf der Insel verbunden - Der Minimarkt vor Ort hat wirklich nur das allernötigste, wenn möglich unbedingt noch in Karpathos einkaufen - Unstetige Wifi Verbindung und kaum bis kein mobiles Netz - Die Balkone inklusive Meerblick sind super schön, allerdings sitzt man vor allem im Erdgeschoss sehr nah bei den Nachbarn - keine Privatsphäre - Der Strand ist wunderschön, aber komplett mit Liegen vollgestellt, für die auch Hotelgäste 25€ am Tag bezahlen müssen - die erste Reihe kostet sogar 35€ - Entgegen der vielen positiven Bewertungen wurden wir leider nicht persönlich begrüßt - auch während des Aufenthalts gab es keinen Kontakt zu den Hosts

Struttura con accesso diretto alla spiaggia, molto pulita e con camera da letto nella parte piu silenziosa dell'appartamento.

Per raggiungerla bisogna scendere una strada in pendenza sterrata con molte curve e completamente non illuminata e gli utensili per poter cucinare erano davvero limitati
