Location and food was excellent

Upkeep of the rooms in general .. But can't complain considering its a historic property dating back hundreds of years. The building adds to the charm I should say.

Location was good host was good

Beds were very uncomfortable.. the bed sheets were dusty n had holes

We didn't stay long enough to say anything.

You need to know this apartment is on a super busy road with cobblestones. The only window opened onto this road. It was too noisy for us so we left as soon as we could.

Perfect location, very easy to get to, clean, good size apartment, good value

Strong sewage smell coming from bathroom making the whole apartment smell, was unsure where to collect keys,

The location is optimum, the clean and breakfast was variable

Outdoor pieces of air condition for the apartment and neighbors' apartments were in the terrace. which is supposed to be the most valuble apart in the hotel ,that made the sitting there very bad

we ordered 3 rooms for 10 people. it turn out that the details in booking was wrong for 2 rooms. . she said its old apartments that they dont have any more but she didnt take any responsibility at all. even not "i'm sorry"..of course not take less money. we order 86 m² room and another one of 30 m². we got much smaller rooms. one about 50 and very small for the other. one toilet seat was broken and they didnt fix it for 3 days. there was one bed missing so one of us slept on a inflatable matrix. bad service. no responsibility. we suggest you stay away.

Location

The apartment was not clean when we arrived. It smelled rotten and we have pictures to prove it. The owners were rude and refused to clean the apartment or change the bedsheets. The smell was so bad that we had to request it twice. After two days, we still had issues and the owner canceled our stay without our permission and kicked us out. We literally waited in the street while looking for other alternative hotel. She refused to give us our money back at first, but when I threatened to involve my embassy, she gave it back to us, minus the days we had already stayed. They even lied to Booking.com saying that we keep on complaining. The owners are rude and disrespectful, and the apartment is not clean. My pregnant sister and elderly mother were also there with me, and they were not treated with any respect. The owners simply said that this is what we paid for, even though the apartment was nothing like the pictures. This was a very traumatic experience.
