Sea Pond Villa Unit 3

Location was good.

It was not clean, we had dishes that were not clean. We went and got paper plates and plastic wear to use. The linens did not fit the bed, we had to strip one bed to get linens to fit a bed. The comforters were old and worn. The shower fixtures were very old and loose. The freezer part of the refrigerator was dirty, it had some kind of pink stuff on the bottom drawer. WIFI is expected, yes we went back and saw where you stated no WIFI in the small print but come on people expect WIFI. The place needs a good cleaning and some updates especially in the bathrooms and with the bed linens.However the air conditioning worked well and we had hot water.

I loved the location being close to IGA and the beach as well as view from the porch!

No ceiling fan on the porch and no wifi.

The area

Nice location - convenient and pretty.

We liked the location and the beautiful pond out back. We felt safe and had great neighbors.

The stairs! We are an older couple and the stairs were a bit much.

Enough space for my family of five. The pond out back was nice, and a short walk to the beach.

It was advertised as having wifi, but it doesn’t have it. When we went to cook we found that a lot of the dishes had old caked on food. Then we noticed how unclean the rest of house was. It was disgusting. And they charge a cleaning fee??

I like to fish the pond is a great location and the surf is not to far of a walk , the pier was closed due to hurricane repair but it’s within walking distance as well .

At 59 years old , a few aches and pains the stairs get rough but due to the possibility of flooding I realize the stairs are a must .
