The location was great. It faces a back small parking lot, so it's quite The apartment was as seen in the photos. On the other hand, upon our arrival the owner requested us to pay for our stay in CASH (nor did we get an invoice for that...), which I don't recall that it was mentioned in properties' information. Also, no cleaning nor towels replaced during our entire stay (8 days). The owner doesn't communicate well in English, although she texted us that she does. There are many steps to climb to reach the apartment, and there's no elevator.

The location is just in the middle of the main street in the city. Bath tube!

To take a bathroom, you need to walk to the second floor. There was no trash basket on the ground floor.

It is in the middle of everywhere. It was so convenient. The apartment was amazing.

Rooms were spacious and amazing. The decoration was very nice in the hotel. The location was amazing in the centre of the city.

There was light coming in the bedroom early in morning as there was a very light curtain covering the window. They should provide sun blocking curtain as it gets very bright early in morning and you can't sleep as sunlight on your face.

A lovely warm apartment on Rustaveli, close to a lot of museums, restaurants, cafes and a shopping centre. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating, we never had any issues but I'm sure they would be resolved very quickly. Apartment is very secure also. I would happily recommend staying here, as I would very likely stay again on another visit.

I love the location since it is near the city center. It is clean and cozy. All amenities are superb and complete. It is really worth staying there. Thank you. Would definitely come back if planning to stay in Tbilisi again. 🥰
