Apartment in Cozy Little Yard

House is clean and new. Big bathroom. Fully facilitated. Plenty of towers, blankets, pillows. The host is available even midnight.

simplicity and facilities. Very near to th emain road but the ambiance is little old

Location can’t be beat, AC was great in the whole apartment even if it was 37 degrees outside. We loved sitting in the balcony with a glass of wine.

The location is perfect, it's quiet and peaceful though it's just off Kote Afkhazi street which is alive till 2 in the morning. It was a walking distance to the major sights and attractions. It's spotless and clean, with everything provided including all linen, washing machine liquid, soap, napkins, dishes to cook and eat in. All appliances needed are provided - microwave, kettle, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer, iron. There's space to put clothes. Lots of shelves in the bathroom as well. We stayed there twice in 3 weeks - at the beginning and end of our vacation and the owner was kind enough to allow us to keep a small bag there while we travelled. There is a manager with assistants who let us in both times. Our first arrival was at 2 AM.

This is not a huge problem but there is a lack of ventilation, the windows are sealed except for the door and bathroom window which don't have a mosquito screen. And there were a lot of mosquitoes in June.

We stayed here twice at the beginning and end of our trip. The apartment is perfect. We will stay there again if we visit Tbilisi.

Better ventilation needed. Just a mosquito screen on the door would be enough.
