"Perfetto punto di appoggio per un bikepacking"

E' un appartamento. Diciamo che è perfetto per un gruppo di amici che come noi stavano condividendo un giro dell'isola in bicicletta e quindi senza particolare pretese. Buona posizione (il porto di portoferraio a poco più di 1000 metri).

Direi nulla. Va semplicemente valutato per quel che è. Se sai cosa Ti aspetti non Ti deluderà.

Elba szép

A szállás értékelhetetlen, mintha a70 es évekbeli zimmer freiben lennék, lepukkant ,használhatatlan ágyak, gyenge felszerelés.

Sehr gute Lage, ruhig. Tolle Terrasse, nette Vermieterin.

Die ganze Wohnung hätte dringend eine Sanierung nötig. Zum Teil sind die Wasserhähne so verkalkt, dass z.B. duschen nicht möglich war. Die Betten sind eine absolute Katastrophe. Uralt-Matratzen auf quietschendem Drahtgeflecht - wir mussten auf die beiden unteren Kajüten Betten ausweichen. Die haben zwar einen Holzlattenrost, aber ebenfalls uralte, nur 85cm breite Matratzen.

La casa bella, accogliente e spaziosa. La terrazza top. Posizione strategica e comoda a tutto. Con aria condizionata presente ma per il periodo che siamo stati noi non faceva eccessivamente caldo quindi non sempre utilizzata.

L'unica nota negativa i letti (molto cigolosi e rumorosi) e la scala del letto a castello molto instabile e ballerina.

"Un appartement au calme tout en étant à proximité des plages"

Appartement bien placé. Accès à 5 min à pieds aux 3 principales plages de Portoferraio. Résidence au calme avec place de parking intégrée. Terrasse conséquente pour prendre les repas.

Appartement dans son jus, voir vintage. Le seul point négatif de cet appartement est la literie d’origine avec sommier qui grince et matelas en forme de cuvette, à éviter absolument pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de dos.
