1. Pretty close to city center 2. Pretty quiet place but see cons 3. Pretty comfy bad, but see cons 4. Host is welcome and ready to help 5. Good value for money for the season 6. Wi-Fi is great

1. I stayed 4 days in total with my family, 3 days was pretty quiet but one day dog barked since 6 am and did not give sleep, Window sound proof is weak 2. Bed and one sofa are fine but for another sofa the level of sections is different for 2-3 cm which makes sleeping is not comfortable. However if you company is 4 or less it should not be a problem. 3. Air conditioning was cracking from time to time which was OK for us but may be an issue for someone 4. Electric cattle did not switch off and one heating ring did not work but I believe host will fix it. 5. It was not too easy to find apartment even dispite of instruction sent by host. I would recommend to add a few pictures to make instruction crystal clear.

Accommodation is in an excellent location, Old Town of Tbilisi, near Sulfur Baths, 300m far from Metheki bridge.

No visible sign at the corner of the street to point in right way, and no visible sign of accommodation at the door entrance.
