The apartment itself is great. It seems like a steal when you first walk in. Then you start realizing why it costs what it does.

Title includes pool and gym - neither accessible without additional payment. The shower leaks all over the bathroom. I let them know, they said they had no idea, then I saw someone complained about it over a year ago. Also the intercom doesn't work, tiny bugs come onto the bathroom counter.

Quite place and no traffic around. Many usefull serveces nearby and good connections . Design and arrangements were good. All needfull things were available.

1. One window blinder was torn off ; 2. Flushing toilets frequently failed; 3. No hooks in bath room for robes and towels.

We stayed here in July and were unfortunately very disappointed, despite the apartment having some positives. Pros: – The apartment is spacious and generally well equipped. – It's located in a lively area near Marjanishvili Street, close to shops and public transport.

– Unbearable smell: There was a persistent bad odor in the apartment. Even with constant airing, it didn’t go away. – Air conditioning ineffective: Although there was an AC unit, it was old and barely made a difference during the extreme summer heat. We specifically booked this place for the air conditioning, but we couldn’t sleep at night because it stayed too hot. – Bathroom flooding: After every shower, water would spill all over the bathroom floor. The shower cabin was not sealed properly, so we had to mop up every time – no matter how carefully we showered. – Missing bed linen: Initially, there was no bedding provided for the teenager sleeping on the couch. Only after repeated messages did we finally receive it. – Misleading pool information: The listing mentioned an indoor pool, which turned out to belong to a sports club nearby – not part of the apartment and only accessible for an extra fee. This was not clearly stated in the description. – General condition: While the photos made the place look new and modern, in reality many things were worn down or broken. Pieces were falling off, the toilet stopped refilling and had to be manually fixed. – Courtyard: The entrance courtyard was unpleasant and dirty, with overflowing trash bins. Conclusion: This apartment could have been a great place with some maintenance and more honest communication. But in its current state – especially in summer – we cannot recommend it.

Good design and location

The renovation is beautiful, but it’s clear that no one is keeping up with maintenance. The apartment was poorly cleaned, the air conditioner worked very poorly, and there was a terrible smell coming from the closet with the vacuum cleaner

Central location, nice neighborhood. Maintainance guy available on short notice, nice decour.

Sofa was not clean, blinds don't come down so not possible to make bedroom dark for a good night sleep

Definitely my style. Very detailed instructions on how to use everything in the apartment. Enough space. Cozy atmosphere. Recommend.
