Alles super, vor allem die zentrale Lage und die gemütliche Einrichtung

Ein Parkplatz in der Nähe wäre gut- das Parkhaus ist nicht sehr weit entfernt, war an Pfingsten aber meist voll

Der Schlüssel wurde uns persönlich übergeben mit einer kleinen Einführung in die Möglichkeiten der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hervorragend gepflegt. Die Dusche lief zuerst nicht gut ab. Ein Anruf genügte und der Besitzer kam umgehend persönlich vorbei und machte das Syphon frei. Der Balkon war wie eine Loge im Theater des Lebens, das sich in der schmalen Gasse abspielte. Einfach herrrlich!

Auf so hohem Niveau sollte man nicht jammern!

Malfunzionamento dell'aria condizionata.probabilnente ci sono i filtri da pulire ed il caldo fa fatica ad essere emesso. Asciugamani usurati,andrebbero cambiati

L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort, la pulizia impeccabile. Ottima la posizione in pieno centro storico e a 2 passi dal mare! La proprietaria che ci ha accolti è una persona gentile e disponibile! Se avremo l'occasione torneremo sicuramente!
