Чистое и удобное место со всем необходимым для проживания и ночевки. Красивый и уютный дворик. Хозяин угостил нас собственными яблоками и грушами. Спасибо за гостеприимство!

Milý pan hostitel, blýzko metra a v dochozí vzdálenosti od centra

The apartment is quite big, there is enough space. Very quiet. Can be good for a long stay. Pretty good kitchen, good water pressure and temperature in the bathroom. It was warm, the heating system did its job well. The owners are nice, open to conversation, they offered me slippers. Nice yard

Wi-Fi is way too weak, I’d been using mobile data. Beds are a bit short (I’m only 1.76). The location seems a bit remote.

* no air-conditioning * sewer- smell in toilet needs to be improved ( this problem is present in all three apartments) *bedbugs in one room * communication with the man is not 100% ok. he refuses online communication and knocks too often at the door to talk and i found some parts of the conversation a bit obtrusive and reproachful ( i moved out earlier than agreed ). * my advice if hosts speak not english: switching to online communication and use translators. also advice to let the woman deal with the guests.

There are a lot of beds: 2-floor kids bed and sofa. There is a kitchen with all need facilities. And there is an area for parking a car inside.

The property and the owners are fantastic, the garden is exceptional! It's very close to the city center but still very quiet and peaceful. Super enjoyed our stay, huge huge thanks to Ambrosiy and Lea for such a reception and treatment! If you want to experience true Georgian hospitality - this is the best place!

We loved everything! The apartment is small but very well thought through, everything worked just fine!
