The apartment is in a great location; it was clean and well equipped (apart from a missing sink plug in the kitchen). Beds were very comfortable. App very informative and useful.

The beams in the apartment were in places very low and not great when moving around bed area. My travel companion had quite a nasty bang on the head our first night. We worked out a safe path as week went on.

water had low pressure (enough but I prefer more). I had a hot water problem, but the staff let me use the shower in an empty flat.

Everything but hate the bed there's couch bed on Amazon it was not easy to sleep on but Everything inside perfect

The clock on the wall is noisy. I removed the battery and placed back in the end of my stay.

The location was perfect

The check in process,specifically that I didn’t receive a code to enter the building,i went to another hotel which is in their chain,to take the keys . The code came the next day

Parking options are terrible, and the recommendation is a parking for 24€ a day which is simply too high for Saarbrücken. Stopping to unload the car is possible only between 6am and noon. Otherwise walking distance to the next option is 100-300m depending on luck. The soap was empty and when I reached out to get fresh one, nobody replied under the given number. Also, one should be aware the apartment is right above restaurants and next to the main square and with the older windows, the noise level of the city and market place is relatively high also during the week until at least 11pm. The staircase is very tiny and I believe the information was given at the online check in (when I was for instance already on the way).
