The Edmond an 1887 Arts & Crafts gem

Beautiful home. As advertised, upper-level apartment. Appreciated not having to strip the bedding off at the end of our stay or really any other 'closing' activities. Owners/ managers were easy to get a hold of. No real issues with the stay.

I know you can't help it, but the steep stairs outside! They also were not even so we just took our time going up and down them. And only street parking, along a street that has a decent slope to it.

This is a Victorian duplex with all original flooring, fixtures and decorated to match. The owners take very good care of their property. I loved the convenience to several things nearby in heart of beautiful historic St. Joseph. Auto lock doors were helpful so I didn’t have extra keys to carry. Street parking only, it worked out nicely as you walk down the cement steps from the front door right to the sidewalk and park there. There were even snacks if you wanted.

The toilet needs to be secured to the floor as when you sit down it wobbles some. Otherwise everything was fine!

The place was beautiful and interesting. Parking on the street was not optimal with the street activity at night.

This historic home is a true gem! Absolutely beautiful and a rare find! The location and city view was excellent as well.
