Близко к центру. Низкая цена.

Нет возможности подъехать на автомобиле, чтобы выгрузить вещи. Нужно нести все на себе через большой двор. Возле входной двери нет никакого света, вообще. Темно и не безопасно. Входная дверь не надежная, в ней щели и дыра. В ванной капает кран. Шторка в душе очень короткая и вся вода выливается наружу и стоит лужей. В квартире темно и неуютно. Диван был весь в разводах и пятнах на него было неприятно садится. В спальне нет нормальных штор. И большой фонарь светит прямо в окно всю ночь. Это мешает спать. Это жилье не подойдет для девушек, пар и семей с детьми . Потому что условия проживания очень трудные. В действительности в квартире очень плохой и ветхий ремонт.Я советую переплатить и не экономить на своем комфорте.
