DEDEDie Lage zum Meer war super. 2 Minuten Fußweg. Toller Strand an dem sogar Hunde mit Leine erlaubt sind. Die Wohnung ist schön groß und geräumig optimal für große Familien. Wobei das Badezimmer mit Toilette sehr klein ist und für Stau gesorgt hat. Wasser im Bad zum Duschen ist ziemlich kalt. Durch 2 Außenduschen im Garten konnte der Stau minimiert werden, außerdem gab es dort warmes Wasser. Die Küche hatte alles was man benötigt. Mikrowelle, Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, scharfe Messer, Pürierstab usw. Die Klimaanlage in allen Räumen ist auch super gewesen. Ganz liebe Gastgeberin und die Hausbewohner die unten im Haus wohnen waren auch so unfassbar lieb. San Vincenzo ist super schön.
Das einzige zu bemängelnde war die anfängliche Kommunikation. Vor der Anreise haben 2 verschiedene Menschen mit einem kommuniziert, die einem verschiedene Informationen zum Check-in gegeben haben, das hat zu Vewirrung und Missverständnissen geführt. Einem muss bewusst sein, wenn man gemeinsam draussen Essen möchte, muss man die Sachen 2 Stockwerke runter in Garten tragen. Dort gibt es große Tische. Aber auf dem Balkon hat es leider keinen Platz für Tisch und Stühle. In die Stadt zu Restaurants und Eisdielen läuft man ein bisschen (20 Minuten) aber das war überhaupt kein Problem.

Troppo vicino alla ferrovia e un po' distante dal centro. Pochi negozi in zona. Un bagno solo ma, nonostante fossimo in 8, siamo riusciti a gestire la situazione.

In the description it was written that there is a sofa bed in the living room, in reality no. and not only you could not sleep because of trains but also because of people who were chatting every night until 3 in the morning
