Quiet Authentic Courtyard House Old Tbilisi

Симпатичное уютное жилье, очень приветливая хозяйка живёт по соседству. Дом в атмосферном старом районе, в пешей доступности все достопримечательности центра

Не недостаток дома, но стоит учитывать людям с ограниченной мобильностью - чтобы добраться до жилья, нужно некоторое время подниматься довольно круто в гору, с коляской или когда дождь/снег может быть немного неудобно.

Everything was perfect, I highly recommend!

Our stay with Ani was absolutely exceptional — without a doubt the best host experience I’ve ever had. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the Old Town, just a short walk to the Bridge of Peace and directly across from the Kura River. It truly couldn’t be better. The apartment itself is incredibly cozy and thoughtfully prepared. There were extra pillows and blankets, and everything we needed was already there — fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, constant hot water, and even small touches like tea, sugar, and salt. It felt like a home, not just a rental. Ani is a wonderful host — kind, responsive, and always quick to help. She answered all our questions, gave helpful recommendations, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. We honestly didn’t want to leave and even tried to extend our stay for another month, but unfortunately it was fully booked — which says everything. I will definitely come back again. Highly, highly recommended!
