The location

It wasn't very clean, the window was broken, the air conditioning didn't work, there was a dangerous electric fire and the toilet was unclean. It was also cold and the place smelt of cigarettes. The duvet didn't have a cover on it either. Not a very nice experience. 😕

the host is not responsive. hard to communicate

On arrival there was standing water in the kitchen, they just fixed a big water leak. They said sorry, handed over the key and left. The next days, no improvement, only spreading into the livingroom under the laminated floor. Despite my Complaints, the owners didn't react. I complained to Booking, they send me a message that the owners were notified to come with a solution within 24 hours, otherwise Booking would find a solution. After 24 hours nothing happened, so I contacted Booking again. This time the message was, that they were waiting for the owners to react. By that time I was waiting for four days in a damp and muggy atmosphere, giving me headache. The next day I contacted Booking again,but there was a very distant reaction. I prepaid the booking and since no help was coming, in the end I had no other option then to stay. Since I finished my business, I left a couple of days earlier, while there was still water on the kitchen floor and still water coming through the floorboards in the living. I'm a regular customer of Booking, but never experienced anything like this before. And the fact that Booking is not offering any assistance in these emergency situations is the most disappointing fact. I would like to have a refund of the total amount I paid, or a free stay in about three weeks, when I have to go to Thessaloniki again for about a week. Otherwise I will consider to stop Booking.com and make this story widely known. Your customers are your income and they should be treated with full regards.

Wonderful specious, functional and a bit quirky flat, you will find everything you need for few days stay insidr the studio. Hosts are were friendly and welcoming via messages. I appreciated contact free check In and check out. I would definitely recommend to my friends. Ps. As it was my boyfriends birthday I asked for a favour - to leave a not sith birthday wishes for him. We have a arrived to a birthday cake. It was the sweetest start to our trip in Greece. I couldn't expwxt anymore for the price.

Hard to find with Google maps, no signs , however the owners were very helpful and informative. So its not really a big deal. Thank You for having us. :)

The location and the size of the room

The room temperature were very low, it was realy cold. In the kitchen and in the front part of the room there was some water coming from the floor.
