La posizione è buona anche per quanto concerne il parcheggio in un condominio privato. La struttura si presenta stile marinaro ma i letti non erano per nulla comodi in quanto situati su delle pedane in legno. Il bagno un pochino piccolo e la vasca da bagno fatiscente .
