Stylish coastal apartment

The location is great, short walk to the beach.

The staff are rude, all we wanted was to wash our clothes and they treated us so badly, no responses to messages for hours.

Getting into the building and the apartment inside the building was difficult. It was difficult to open the door leading into the apartment building. It was difficult to unlock the door of the apartment. It took a half hour. We called the host and it took her an hour to come to the apartment. The apartment was dirty. Marks on the walls. The sheets were dirty and the bed had urine stains on the mattress cover. The sheets were old and had pilling on the fabric and were of poor quality. The host was rude and not accommodating for our concerns. The room was advertised as having a clothes washer in the room. There was no washer and the washer down the hall did not work. The host suggested we take our laundry to a laundromat. The stairways leading up to the room was dangerous. The steps were small and it was difficult to take luggage while trying to climb the stairs without slipping.

Nice location across from #9 tram stop and close to the pier. Plenty of heating panels for cold days. Better than average shower. Lots of space.

Look at supplying a couple of doses of detergent for the communal washing machine facility (next door) to save guests from having to go out and buy a whole pack of detergent for one or two washes.

The whatsapp messages from the host were very prompt and helpful which made collecting the keys easy and stress free.

I like the room, the facilities. Everything for the room. The location is great. Easy to get the public transportation. Near the beach, cinema, supermarket, mall, etc. Well, at least for me, who is rarely walking, the distance is quite manageable.

Apparently, my room is on the 4th floor. It is difficult to take my items up and down. Never see any staff around, though when I sent messages, asking for help, they said they're willing to help, but they can only do it after my check-out time 😁 Also, the washing machine wasn't inside the room, and I couldn't find the microwave. About the price, I'm not sure if it's reasonable or not.

Location, good communication with the owner Accesibility

The location was excellent, within 5 minutes walk of the beach. The place is also perfect for larger groups, with multiple apartments in the same building. The special bicycle entrance at the side of the building was a nice touch.
