Η τοποθεσία είναι καταπληκτική. Το διαμέρισμα είναι ευρύχωρο, με πολύ ωραία διακόσμηση και πολύ προσεγμένο σε κάθε λεπτομέρεια.

Η παραλαβή των κλειδιών, δεν είχαμε ενημερωθεί ακριβώς για τη διαδικασία και μπερδευτήκαμε.

I am wondering until when we (all customers) will be so stupid and naive to accept this kind of service. Check in after 3 pm and check out in 11am. All hotels invented this "because" of cleaning and similar activities. These activities are half an hour end? Why we accept this arrogant, cheating manner. I payed appt for 3 persons (different price for 2) but owner was arrogant and put everything for 2 persons. There are 2 TVs inside but WITHOUT TV signal. He told me easily that if I had my account I could watch TV and other services. Finally pick of cheating arogancy - I payed 20 EUR for "cleaning", can you imagine this shame. Then what we pay when book the appts and rooms if there is no cleaning. It is shameless. In room rate we pay everything, I am not interested if owner must clean, or give money to his wife or kids for shopping, or pay dinner in restaurant. We pay all in price and every additional payment is indignity for guests.

The water drain on the sink needs to be repaired. The sofa bed is difficult to open.

The kitchen has all things needed for cooking, the apartment was clean. The location is nice with everything needed nearby including bus and metro stations.

The building's walls are really thin and the floor is really creaky. At times there were sounds in the apartment making me think there is someone inside only for it to be the neighbours walking/normal activity.

The location was great in the city center and the apartment is very close to the bus line that leads to and from the airport. Many cafes and restaurants nearby, also a supermarket. The apartment is spacious, the kitchen has everything you need for a stay. Communication with the owners was effective and without problems. We are happy to recommend this accommodation to travelers to Thessaloniki.
