The apartment is in a great location. It is stylish, really comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with pans, utensils, spices, oil, there is a coffee machine and capsules. The bed is very comfortable but the sofa is to die for. Giannis the host is really nice and very helpful! Had a really great stay.

The apartment is exactly as on the photos. Clean, spacious, equipped with all that you might need, even water filter for drinking water. Location is on the Egnatia street, in the very center of the city, close to everything. And with windows closed you can't even feel that you are on one of the busiest streets in Thessaloniki. If you are coming by car, there is a very good parking just 100m from the apartment. Highly recommend.

The apartment is nice and clean with all that you need. Very well located in the center of Thessaloniki. This is where the good news end. I am surprised nobody else spoke about the noise in previous reviews.

Property is located on the first floor overlooking the busiest main street of Thessaloniki, Egnatia. Noise is 24/7: traffic all night, loud motorbikes, emergency vehicles with sirens, loud drunk people. Windows are not well insulated, windows joinery is old and sleeping is disturbed. Putting that aside, at 7am on the first morning construction works began in the neighboring flat - wall drilling and hammering. We got in touch with the host of the apartment and he said that he is not aware of any construction going on. We had booked the apartment for a 3 night stay for 185EUR. We requested to leave the apartment after the first night, paying only for 1 night. We were respectful towards the host and after we left, the apartment was in a condition like there wasn't even anyone staying there. When the host arrived at the property a construction worker exited the apartment next to ours and they greeted and exchanged a few words in Greek. That left the impression that the host was aware of the construction in the first place and never let us know. The property does not accept cancellations and we understand those conditions. However, in these exceptional circumstances the host should have refunded the two nights that we decided to cancel. He was trying to convince us that it was not up to him to refund the 2 nights but everything depends on Booking.com. So we contacted Booking.com to request to cancel and refund 2 nights and the support line agent said that it is actually up to the host to authorize a cancellation and refund, so they said they will contact him. A minute after that Booking.com called the property owner to resolve the issue and he specifically instructed the agent on the phone only 60EUR to be refunded, which is 1/3 of what we had paid. A hypocritical and greedy behavior. Later that day the apartment was available to be booked again and the price for 2 nights was as much as the property owner charged us for one.

Great location, 10 min from Aristotelus Square. Everything you need you will find în the apartment.

The apartment facing the main road is very noisy. That's why windows are always closed.
