great location - amazing, friendly and very responsive staff!

Aggelos was extremely friendly and helpful. He was always there when I needed him, with the greatest smile on his face! He does a great job with the property :)

The room was good overall, but it would be great if they could do something with the humidity... it was very humid.

The place was just amazing! Great location right in the heart of the city centre, only steps away from all shops restaurants and cafes ..which was really convenient. I must say it was extremely clean & comfortable , felt like home! Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed and guided with the check in by the host who was really helpful and friendly, right to assist me at any time!! Would definetely recommend this studio to everyone, and definitely going back on my next trip to Thessaloniki.

The main problem was how dirty the room was. From hair in the bathroom, to dirty walls, to moldy curtains, to stains in the bed sheets, to the high humidity of the place and the smell that came with it (opening the air condition only made it worse). We arrived late so couldn't do anything about it, but once we woke up, we immediately left and booked another room. Sadly, the owner chose not to reimburse us for the terrible experience he put us through, making up excuses-that we should have called him (at 01.30 am?) and he would have moved us to a different building (so suddenly it's our fault that the room is inhabitable?). Other than that, the place is small, the bathroom is small but we knew that prior to arrival and didn't care. What we were not prepared for was how dirty the place was.

Wonderful contact with host, Aggelos. No problem with getting keys late. Great location, comfortable room, everything very clean
