Ήσυχη γειτονιά. Καθαρά σεντόνια. Μέγεθος διαμερίσματος. Ευγενική οικοδεσπότης.

Το μπάνιο χρειάζεται ανανέωση. Εκτός από παλιό είχε θέμα με τα υδραυλικά. Επίσης η γενική καθαριότητα θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερη. Η αυλή επίσης χρειάζεται περιποίηση.
