Το κατάλυμα ανταποκρίθηκε στις προσδοκίες μου και για το σκοπό που έμεινα. Είναι στο κέντρο της πόλης, με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται. Ήξερα λίγο-πολύ τι να περιμένω γιατί η περιοχή που βρίσκεται είναι γεμάτη με παλιές πολυκατοικίες. Παρόλα αυτά, έχει γίνει φιλότιμη προσπάθεια να ανακαινιστεί το διαμέρισμα και να προσφέρει ικανοποιητικές παροχές-υπηρεσίες. Άπλα "αδικείται" η προσπάθεια αυτή, από τη συνολική εικόνα της πολυκατοικίας η οποία είναι σε "αποσύνθεση".

Ηταν σε πολυ κοντα στη Δεθ και γενικα στο κεντρο με τα ποδια! Πολυ κοντα και ελευθερο και επι πληρωμη parking! Πολυ καθαρο δωματιο και ειχε ολα τα απαραιτητα για μια βραδια που μειναμε!

Η τοποθεσία.... πολύ κοντά στην διεθνή έκθεση Θεσσαλονίκης και σε ότι χρειάζεσαι επίσης. Ήταν καθαρό το στούντιο μου άρεσε η ντουζιέρα αν κ δεν την χρησιμοποιήσαμε. Στα μηνύματα απαντούσαν άμεσα....και στο αίτημα μας που δεν χάλασαν χατήρι!

Πρώτα από όλα να πω ότι πιστεύω θα τα διορθώσουν όλα άμεσα αυτά που θα γράψω για το στούντιο Β. Για 70€+ την μέρα είχε αρνητικά που τα βλέπεις και δεν "κλείνεις τα μάτια " ,το προσκέφαλο του κρεβατιού φαινόταν χάλια....τα μαξιλάρια δυσκολευτηκαμε να κοιμηθούμε, στην τουαλέτα μου έμεινε στο χέρι το καπάκι από όταν μπήκαμε. Εξαερισμός σχεδον ξηλωμενος , 70€+ για ένα στούντιο τόσο μικρο και δεν συντηρείται απλά πράγματα;είχε κι άλλα θέματα όπως το ότι είναι ένα διαμέρισμα στα τρία χωρισμένο και ακούς τους διπλανούς, επίσης στο ασανσέρ μπαίνεις ένας ένας την φορά..... Αν θα ξανά εμένα εκεί ίσως με τα μισά λεφτά.

"Good location and price/value comparison. Water heating has to be turned on!!"

Clean, good location, comfortable bed. Good coffee.

They could have said it clearly and showed a picture about how to turn on the water heating. We arrived late night and did not know that we have to turn it on the water heating.

Τέλεια λειτουργικό, προσεγμένη και η παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια! Άψογη και τόσο άμεση επικοινωνία με την οικοδέσποινα. Εξαιρετικές οδηγίες για όλα! Και το κερασάκι στην τούρτα: ένα μεγάλο μπουκάλι με νερό στο ψυγείο!! Κάτι τόσο σπουδαίο για το ελληνικό καλοκαίρι. Ευχαριστώ για όλα!
