We was really disappointed as we are booked this property for some of the reasons,number 1 when we are booked we choice to be sofa bed in leaving room ( but didn’t and when I called hoist was ignored) Place was dirty ( lots of the hairs everywhere!!! Disgusting) Also EV charging - should be available however when we arrive again ring hoist and asked for and how we can use EV charging I was informed it’s broken since 8 weeks back and they can’t manage to fixing for some silly reason) Hoist not helpful at all really bad approach!!! Disappointed it’s the best wording as we were there before and didn’t expect that bad service at all as previous service was great! THIS TIME ITS LAST TIME NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!!!
