Top location, nice view, good size.

Poor condition of furnishings. The sofa was disgusting, the overall cleanliness was poor. Lots of damaged items. This is unacceptable for a high end property. We communicated with management prior to arrival to request some things like extra towels and they never responded.

Beautiful, bright, spacious apartment on the waterfront in the heart of the city. The apartment is very well equipped in an amazing location. Big living & dining area with air con, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, small but well equipped bathroom, main bedroom adequate with air con, 2nd bedroom adequate with no air con. Washing machine on a small balcony just off the kitchen. Balcony with wonderful views of the waterfront where you can watch the boats coming in, amazing sunsets, and just relax and watch the world go by. Great bars & restaurants on the street below and in the streets all around.

Overall, this is an amazing apartment, but there were a few minor issues that need some attention but will not affect your stay. Tap in the kitchen is loose and needs to be tightened up, toilet roll holder in the bathroom broken, and seals around shower needs attention as a lot of water leaks out while you shower and the bedroom could do with better lighting. These are minor issues but shouldn't happen in an apartment of this standard & price range.
