Very nice, clean apartment, with huge TV and very nice balcony (great if the weather and temperature allows). Everything in good working conditions. Still... read the negatives as well!

When you are on holidays you don't want to be waken up at 8 AM in jackhammer noises. There is a serious construction site in the building. Looked like there was a major renovation work on the apartments on the next entrance. At 8 AM we were brutally waken up by terrible noise and vibration. The initial thought was that the work was being done just above us. This is how bad the vibration was. Also, the hot water is very limited. There is an electric boiler which must be turned on at least 10-15 minutes before you use it. The instructions are to switch it off before getting in the shower but if there are 4 persons needing to wash, it must be turned on again between persons. Also, the heating is done via the AC units. In February, when we went, it was cold. The AC units do manage to heat up the apartment but they are noisy. When switched off, it gets cold quickly.

The property is very modern and the location is excellent. If you’re going by car its not the easiest to find but there were roadworks when we arrived so lots of diversions. The host was very quick to respond and the entry to the property was very easy. It’s very well equipped and close to many fabulous restaurants.

Although this is advertised as a 2 bedroom apartment it doesn’t actually have 2 separate bedrooms. Bedroom 2 is part of the sitting room. It does have a modesty panel by the bed but if you’re with friends rather than family it’s not private enough. Had we known this we wouldn’t have booked it.

The apartment (No 5) was bigger than expected. It looked like it recently renovated. All the appliances were great and the 65 inch tv with Netflix was the icing on the cake.
