Luxury 80m2 apartment with balcony downtown Thessaloniki

Really nice apartment in the heart of Thessaloniki. Everything is close. Clean and great communication with the owner.

A new, beautifully designed and thoughtfully furnished apartment. Fully equipped with everything you need, all at a high standard. Very comfortable beds, a cozy living room, and a wonderful balcony. The location is in the city center, in a lively young neighborhood, just a short walk from the restaurants and nightlife area

Note: The entrance to the building is quite poor – it seems to be a former office building, so the entrance isn’t very welcoming, and the elevator is very old. However, once you reach the apartment itself, everything is new and beautiful. The only real downside was the weak water pressure in the shower, which was disappointing

The location is fantastic – central with everything you need just around the corner. The apartment is beautifully furnished, very clean, and well equipped. We felt at home from the very first moment. The communication with the host was kind and helpful. We will definitely be back – it was simply perfect!

The location is excellent.

Even though the apartments are located on the 7th floor, it can be noisy from the bars in the area and from the apartments on the floor above.

This was a great stay in downtown Thessaloniki. The nightlife and restaurant scene is fantastic.

The fact that the heating was from air-conditioning and the air-condition in the leaving room was inadequate
