The area is lovely but a little bit rough around the edges 😂

Great location, closeness to the beach

The water in the bathroom wasn't draining properly, neither in the sink or the shower , which meant that the toilet was very smelly. Dust was found on both side tables of the bed and on floors. The freezer was dirty. There was an opened ice cream melted inside. No messages were responded back to us when we tried to contact the person responsible for the property.

Good location.

Windows didn’t open in the front room so couldn’t let fresh air in - bit of a stale smell as a result. Shower was completely blocked in the bathroom so filled with water after a very short time and had to turn off so it didn’t flood. Very cheap bedsheets and lumpy pillows. No smart tv, just a small regular tv, so couldn’t watch Netflix etc. The apartment is a real fishbowl as the bedroom looks out directly on to a car park and the kitchen to the front street, so need to keep the blinds down to make it feel private. Poor comms from the host, early 10am check out and nowhere to leave bags.

Situation and ease of finding the property

Needed to have a bath mat, bathroom floor gets very wet and slippery. Towels over conditioned, difficult to get dry after a shower.

The location was great, right by the sea and in the main area of St Leonards close by to lovely shops.

The overall cleanliness of the property could be improved, the dishwasher was not working and there was no cloths or washing up equipment provided in the kitchen which made me doubt how clean things were in the kitchen when we arrived. The pillows were also uncomfortable and lumpy.

It was clean and quiet

Was a lovely apartment very clean it was a warm day and even had an air conditioning unit would definitely book again.
