When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £10 per pet, per night applies. Maximum 3 pets per Lodge. Gowns and slippers are available for a fee of £10 per guest. Gowns are to remain in the lodge/house on departure. If they have been removed £35 will be deducted from your security deposit. Security deposit. Mandi will liaise with you direct for the £100 (lodges) and £250 (Warden's View) security deposit. This will be refunded after your departure should there be no damages or additional extra cleaning required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Perfect place to stay to relax after exploring the Trossachs"

We loved how well equipped the lodge was, it was very spacious and comfortable. The lockable gate was perfect for our dog. The hot tub was brilliant too.

"Enjoyable family stay - 3 nights"

Friendly staff, good location and the lodge space was big enough for a family of 5. Hot tub worked well (kids loved it) and the bbq was a very useful addition.

Honest review is that the lodge interior could do with an update. The limited cupboard space was used for housing cleaning equipment. The double mattress needs replacing and main bathroom lock fixed.

"Relaxing and scenic setting."

The hot tub and open plan. Modern kitchen. Close to nature.

Not very cosy. It was geared up for dogs with no carpet. Nothing to entertain children, whereas my family in a non pet lodge had lots of games for children and books for adults. Plus carpet in living room.
