When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of £10 per pet, per night applies. Maximum 3 pets per Lodge. Gowns and slippers are available for a fee of £10 per guest. Gowns are to remain in the lodge/house on departure. If they have been removed £35 will be deducted from your security deposit. Security deposit. Mandi will liaise with you direct for the £100 (lodges) and £250 (Warden's View) security deposit. This will be refunded after your departure should there be no damages or additional extra cleaning required.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Lovely views! The hot tub was amazing! The cabin was cozy the fire was easy to use however there should be a page in the little book on how to use it. All the appliances were easy to use I felt safe and comfortable.

There was no on site shop I know that’s a big ask given the location but even a small “farm” shop or like a little food shop of sorts. For fresh food or snacks as for people who don’t drive it is extremely hard to go to the shop without forking out a fortune. Also found out Freddy’s taxis don’t go that far out you should recommend Saltire or Killin taxi service those where the only people I found that would take me to the closest shop and back. You should also see if the owners of The Golden Larches Cafe to see if they can keep it open during winter. I know you guys don’t have control over it but a little discussion with them to see if they would keep it open would be amazing!!!!

We stayed in Lodge 7, one of the deluxe cabins, and it was absolutely perfect. I visited with a long-time friend I don’t get to see very often, and this weekend away was everything we hoped for. - The lodge itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and wonderfully cozy. - The setting is stunning, with breathtaking scenery all around. - The location is ideal — we enjoyed a day trip to Callander with ease. - The hot tub was a real highlight, adding a touch of luxury to our stay. It was the perfect mix of comfort, relaxation, and convenience. We’re already planning another stay next year, and I can’t recommend Balquhidder Braes highly enough for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in a beautiful part of Scotland.

There's nothing not to like!
